Cancellation Policy
I kindly request a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.
-Cancellations-
Cancellations made 24 hours or less before the scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service fee.
-No-Shows-
If you miss your appointment without prior notice, it will be considered a No-Show. No-Shows will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service.
-Late Arrivals-
If you arrive late, I will do my best to accommodate you within the remaining appointment time, but your service may be shortened or rescheduled depending on avalibility. Late arrivals of more then 15 minutes will be treated as a no- show and will be charged accordingly.
-Acknowledgment-
By booking an appointment with me, you acknowledge and agree to the cancellation and no-show policy.
